Free Fengshui : Most Popular Blog on the Internet

The world of Fengshui is at your hands.
The Science of Fengshui has gained acceptance worldwide ...people from all walks of life.

Feng Shui is first and foremost an ancient art and science that was developed about 3,100 years ago in the east, i.e. China. It provides a comprehensive guide to harmonize the energies of our (surrounding) environment at any given space to assure (serves as a guide to) the health and good fortune for people.

The words originates from Chinese characters. Firstly, "Feng" means "wind" and the "shui" means "water" (pronounced fung-shway). In Chinese culture, gentle wind and clear water have always been associated with good harvest and good health, thus "good feng shui" came to mean good livelihood, well being and fortune, while "bad feng shui" came to mean hardship, indemnity and leading to misfortune.

Feng Shui is very much based on the Taoist vision and understanding (observation) of nature. The understanding analyzes the idea that the land is 'alive' and filled with Chi, or energy. The ancient Chinese believed that the land's energy could either make or break the kingdom, so to speak. There the theories of yin and yang, as well as the five feng shui elements, are some of the basic aspects of a feng shui analysis that come from Taoism. Feng Shui masters (teachers) offers guidances based on the logical scientific understanding of Feng Shui (energy) to anyone who wishes to apply it to disciplined and harmonious living especially in business, family, health and wealth.

God Bless.
